Instructions
- Rinse fish fillets in cold water and pat dry.
- Put 1/2 cup of Fry mix in a plastic bag, dust the fillets with Fry mix – Shake off excess.
- Blend 1 cup of fry mix with 2/3 cup of water. Slowly add additional water, mixing constantly until it is the consistency of pancake batter. Let the batter rest for five minutes.
- Dip the fillets in batter and fry in oil of your choice (350°F) until golden brown and the fish has an internal temperature of at least 145°F.
