Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into desired size for nuggets,
sandwiches, or keep them whole. - Dip each piece of chicken into cold water.
- Coat each piece of chicken with Glutenfreeee Fry Mix. Press mix into each piece for good coverage.
- Rest the coated chicken pieces for 15 minutes (helps to set the coating).
- Fry each piece at 350°F in oil of your choice. Fry until golden brown and chicken has an internal
temperature of at least 165°F.
