Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into desired size for nuggets,
    sandwiches, or keep them whole.
  2. Dip each piece of chicken into cold water.
  3. Coat each piece of chicken with Glutenfreeee Fry Mix. Press mix into each piece for good coverage.
  4. Rest the coated chicken pieces for 15 minutes (helps to set the coating).
  5. Fry each piece at 350°F in oil of your choice. Fry until golden brown and chicken has an internal
    temperature of at least 165°F.
